We fulfill the majority of our domestic orders with USPS with 3-5 day shipping. International orders are fulfilled with DHL, taking 5-10 days for shipping. 

The pre-order process is estimated to take 6-9 weeks total, but can take as little as 4 weeks with no delays.

Pre-orders are a great opportunity for us to offer more quality products at competitive prices.

Once an item is listed for pre-order, customers are able to place their orders on our website at our discounted pre-order price. This discount will typically be 20% off or more of the products retail price.

Once the pre-order window has closed, we are able to move the item into bulk production. This stage typically takes 3-5 weeks, where we make sure all units produced are quality controlled and perfect for shipment. Once the units are shipped, we await the inventory as it clears through customs and travels to our Florida location. This process usually takes 2-4 weeks, but is subject to customs delays that we do our best to mitigate.

Finally, once the shipment arrives at our fulfillment location, we pack and ship your orders immediately, triple-checking to ensure the highest quality possible.

Absolutely! As long as the product has been received within 14 days, you can contact us to request a full refund (excluding shipping).

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for color. However, we are able to offer exchanges for size based on availability.
