PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are structured by allowing customers to order a product that is not yet held in stock by FORTYTWO. This allows FORTYTWO to have a more accurate estimate of how many units to put into production, minimizing waste of materials and overproduction.

Pre-order shipping times can take from 4-6 weeks (may vary depending on product). Items are put into production the day after pre-order sales end. Items are shipped as soon as they are received from the manufacturer and are deemed up to our high-quality standards.

All pre-orders will be automatically discounted for all customers to express our appreciation for your understanding and patience. Pre-order prices are always lower compared to retail prices at official release of product (once items are in stock).

If you have pre-ordered a product and it has still not yet arrived after 6 WEEKS, please reach out to business@fortytwoco.net and you will be entitled to compensation (choice of discount of future order, gift card, or partial refund).

SHIPPING

FORTYTWO ships packages with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from our main facility. International orders are delivered within 5-15 business days from our main facility. FORTYTWO will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of FORTYTWO. Shipping times do not include processing times.

RETURNS

Once you receive your order, you can process your return using the self-serve return portal within 14 days you received the goods. Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can request to return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it by contacting business@fortytwoco.net.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s and should have a copy of the invoice inside. The item/s must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered. FORTYTWO is not responsible and will not cover return shipping costs.

Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout once the item is received at our facility. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement. This may change depending on banks and credit providers, it could take up to 30 working days
