Shipping Policy

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are estimated to take 4-6 weeks for delivery. This includes 3-4 weeks of production and 1-2 weeks of fulfillment. Delays with production and fulfillment may cause the shipping time for pre-orders to extend to 6-8 weeks. If products take longer than 6 weeks to ship, all customers will be compensated with free additional product or a partial refund (choice of the customer).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is fulfilled either through USPS or UPS, taking anywhere from 1-3 business days to deliver. We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping any order quantity in the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is fulfilled through USPS or DHL, taking anywhere from 5-10 business days to deliver. We charge a flat rate of $28.00 for shipping any order quantity internationally.
